By proceeding with our services or products, you ("the Client") acknowledge and accept the following terms related to automatic payments processed through Stripe:
- Payment Authorization: You authorize Tillotson Marketing Solutions, LLC ("TMS", "TMS Web Design + Development") to initiate automatic charges to your provided payment method via Stripe, our third-party payment processor, for any amounts due pursuant to agreements or contracts between yourself and TMS.
- Payment Processor Responsibilities: Payments under this arrangement will be processed through Stripe. The Client acknowledges that TMS is not responsible for Stripe's payment processing and will not be liable for any issues or disputes related to Stripe's services.
- Frequency of Charges: Payments will be made in the amount agreed upon in the Statement of Work or as otherwise communicated by TMS to you.
- Notification: For each transaction, TMS will provide a transaction receipt or invoice, as per our established communication preferences.
- Updating Payment Information: It remains your responsibility to notify TMS of any changes to your payment method, including credit card expiration or replacements, bank account changes, or any other pertinent details.
- Refunds and Disputes: Refunds or disputes related to services or products are subject to the terms and conditions of the Master Service Agreement. Disputes related to payment processing will adhere to Stripe's terms of service and dispute resolution procedures.
- Data Protection: TMS is committed to safeguarding your personal and financial information. We comply with all relevant data protection laws and regulations. Please be informed that Stripe may store your payment information in line with their data protection and security protocols.
